The other partners have been involved with NEMP studies, they have background from their work in EMC labs (performance of measurements on devices and systems according to the usual standards), and they have been responsible for EMC analyses and EMC design of devices, equipment and systems.
They have been involved in the EMC design and Lightning Protection design of aerospace systems, and they had project responsibility for military systems as well as for satellite systems (e.g. in cooperation with NASA/JPL).
The partners are authors of various EMC theories, they are members of several standardization committees, and they have been setting EMC standards themselves by their publications.
